🛃 Customs, Import Duties & Taxes Policy
Important Notice for International Buyers:
All international orders dispatched from our UK warehouse are shipped under DAP terms (Delivered at Place).
- Local Import Taxes & Duties: Any import duties, local VAT/GST, clearance charges, or customs brokerage fees levied once the parcel arrives in your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Accurate Commercial Declarations: All parcels are accompanied by full electronic customs data and commercial invoices detailing the exact product descriptions and purchased value in accordance with UK and international customs law. Under no circumstances will orders be declared at an undervalued amount or marked as a "gift".
- Refusal of Shipment: If an international shipment is refused or returned because customs duties or local taxes were not paid, any round-trip shipping charges and carrier penalties incurred by Hyped Exclusives will be deducted from any refund issued.

Wrapped in multi-layered heavy-duty bubble wrap with corner protection to preserve pristine factory shrink-wrap and prevent box dings.
🃏 Graded Slabs & Singles
Fitted with protective slab sleeves, rigid cardboard sandwiching, and waterproof padded mailers or sturdy outer boxes.
🔒 Tamper-Evident Sealing
High-strength security tape on all outer boxes to ensure your parcel reaches you completely secure and untouched in transit.
⏳ Pre-Orders
We aim to deliver your pre-order on the actual release date of the product. However, there are sometimes external circumstances outside of our control (like supplier delays or international customs transit) that could impact this. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are in stock.
