We have a generous return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must fall within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:

βœ… Item Condition

Because of the nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) and collectible market, strict condition requirements apply to all returns:

  • βœ”οΈ The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • βœ”οΈ Sealed Products: Any factory shrink-wrap, seals, or tamper-evident stickers must be completely intact.
  • βœ”οΈ Graded Slabs & Singles: Slabs must remain free of any new scratches or damage. Single cards must not show any new signs of play or wear.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, to protect the integrity of our products for all collectors, we absolutely cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Products where the factory seal or shrink-wrap has been broken, cut, or tampered with.
  • Opened Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, or Elite Trainer Boxes.
  • Mystery Boxes or custom Repacks.
  • Digital items, code cards, or gift cards.

πŸ“§ How to Start a Return

If your item meets the conditions above, follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

1. Contact Support

Reach out via our Secure Contact Form with your Order Number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with our return shipping address.

2. Pack Securely

Please package the item safely using bubble wrap. If the item is damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging, we may reject the return.

3. Ship via Tracked Delivery

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged/defective). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

πŸ’³ Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to officially clear and appear in your bank account.
